Recommend a Friend T&Cs

The Recommend a Friend scheme is offered by Vickery and is subject to the following Terms & Conditions.

Referrals must be genuine. You may not refer yourself or any member of your household.

The recommend a friend scheme is not available to Vickery Staff members.

To qualify, the referrer must provide their unique referral code to the person they are referring. The referred individual must make a Vickery staff member aware of this referral before or at the point of instruction.

Vickery accepts no responsibility for referrals that are not disclosed prior to or at the point of instruction and reserves the right to decline rewards where this condition is not met.

The £50 Amazon voucher for both the referrer and the referred client will be issued after:

o A Sales Instruction Agreement has been signed by the property owner, and

o A minimum of 14 days has passed, and

o All seller obligations have been fully completed, including (but not limited to) anti-money laundering checks and the provision of all required material information.

Vouchers will be issued digitally and sent to the registered email address held on file for both the referrer and the referred client.

Only one referral reward may be claimed per referred instruction, unless otherwise agreed by Vickery.

Vickeryreservestherighttowithdraw,amend,orsuspendthispromotionatany time if it believes the scheme has been used unfairly, fraudulently, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Vickery’s decision regarding eligibility and reward issuance is final.
