The Vickery team were all really helpful during our house buying process and were always responsive to our requests and questions. I received a very positive experience whilst selling my property. I found all the staff in the Camberley branch to be professional and polite. I dealt mainly with Edward during the sale process of my property, Edward was always on hand to answer any questions I had. Whenever he said he was going to call - he did, which was very reassuring on a weekly basis. After the sale had been agreed I mainly dealt with Evie, who again was very professional and polite. Matt and George gave scheduled updates and made sure both parties in the transaction were well informed with the current situation. In our case, we were on the buying side but we were lucky enough to meet and get to know Edward Whitaker at Vickery as he was representing the selling side. Edward was engaged from the very start of the process after we had put in our offer and, whilst jealously representing his clients' best interests (as he should), he also went out of his way to try to ensure that things were moving forward and that both side's legal counsel kept their eye on the ball.
