With the purchase of my first home I had multiple challenges due to my inexperience, however Toby and Edward conducted the whole process in a professional and reassuring manner. After the disappointment of missing out on it the first time round they were quick to notify me when it returned to market and get me in contact with the seller. The weekly progress updates were a nice touch and being in contact with my solicitor and broker directly sped up the process to approximately 12 weeks including Christmas shutdown. If/when I come to sell my property I’ll definitely be in contact with them to assist me again.

I couldn't have been happier with the service. Ollie, for the initial viewings was great. A big shout out has to go to Toby who went above and beyond to be helpful and make the whole transaction as pleasant and easy as it could be. Toby pitched everything just right, he wasn't pushy, he had exactly the right balance of communication and contact that you expect and need from a professional. I would highly recommend them as they went above and beyond helping me. My dad passed away a few days after he accepted the offer, but nothing was too much for Edward (Camberley office). He kept everything going I had to go through my dad's papers to find some of the information, but Edward was so patient with me while I was trying to find the answers. Vickery have been fantastic throughout the sale of my Mum’s property. The initial approach from Richard at the Lightwater branch was the most professional and due to the quirky design of house (not to everyone’s taste) we had a lot of people through the door for viewings (thank you Toby, Oliver & Richard) . This we found was not going to be an easy property to sell. But they did, and together with the after sales care from Evie and Vidya on the legal side it went smoothly.

We recently used Vickery in Farnborough to sell my Dad's retirement apartment. Although there was a problem at the start with the web listing that hadn't been picked up, when I spoke to Jordan about it, he ensured it was rectified straight away. Edward and Lewis were extremely efficient, helpful, and, above all, proficient with their work on the sale of an investment property that had originally been owned by my parents. Vickery have been renting it out for years but when we needed to liquidate funds to care for an elderly parent, Edward and Lewis provided a thoroughly professional service achieving a sale at slightly more than we expected.
