Find out more about Vickery

What Our Customers Say

Over the past year Vickery, in particular Edward Whitaker and Lewis Crawford, have been extremely supportive, committed, helpful and informative about the sale of my wife's property in Camberley. A last minute pull out by prospective buyers meant Vickery had to start over again, which they did with further commitment and positivity, whilst keeping us fully informed of progress. A successful sale was eventually achieved for which we are very grateful and wish to acknowledge the professional and helpful manner in which Vickery, Edward and Lewis in particular, supported us. Many thanks.

Nigel

My thanks to Lewis Careford for his help and diligent attention during the recent and successful sale of my late aunt's house. Lewis kept me informed throughout the process, as did the various members of the team in arranging viewings. Excellent level of service.

Margaret Hemphill

Thank you so much To Edward at Vickery Estate Agents in Camberley. His support throughout the process has been incredible. I really appreciated his consistent communication and openness about what was going on. I know he did everything within his power to get us to exchange and went above and beyond at stages too. You kept me sane throughout the stressful experience of buying a house! Thank you for everything Edward!

Emma Robertshawe

My experience with Vickery Estate Agents in Camberley was fantastic. The whole branch works brilliantly as a team, from senior management to front-line staff. Toby was our main point of contact once a buyer was found, but Edward, Charles, Matthew, and Lewis were all consistently proactive and supportive throughout. I can’t recommend the team highly enough. From start to finish, they provided outstanding customer service and kept us fully informed at every stage of the process. Toby was extremely proactive in chasing our sale, making sure nothing was left to chance, and his weekly communication was excellent throughout. Buying and selling can be stressful, but the Vickery team consistently reassured us and made the whole experience feel far more manageable. Truly professional and genuinely caring about their clients. Thank you!

Bill

With the purchase of my first home I had multiple challenges due to my inexperience, however Toby and Edward conducted the whole process in a professional and reassuring manner. After the disappointment of missing out on it the first time round they were quick to notify me when it returned to market and get me in contact with the seller. The weekly progress updates were a nice touch and being in contact with my solicitor and broker directly sped up the process to approximately 12 weeks including Christmas shutdown. If/when I come to sell my property I’ll definitely be in contact with them to assist me again.

Sam

I’m really pleased with the service I received from Vickery when renting out my house. Jordan and the team made the whole process straightforward and kept me informed at every stage. Super easy to deal with and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend.

NY

Scott and Jordan did a great job with the sale of my house, professional throughout and a wealth of knowledge to call on. Some challenging solicitors made the process difficult, but Jordan soldiered on and with his help we managed to exchange. Thank you for all your sterling efforts!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding support and guidance provided by Jordan Richards and Sophie Riley throughout our property buying journey. Jordan’s expertise was evident in every step, ensuring the process was smooth and stress-free. Sophie’s dedication truly stood out—she was always available to answer our questions and willingly arranged additional viewings, even on weekends. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made the experience truly enjoyable. I am grateful for their help and highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy property!

Lina Litvinova

We have had such a positive experience working with the team at Vickery Farnborough. Jordan has been so helpful, transparent and supportive throughout our sale. Would recommend him and his team to everyone!

Belinda

Despite a challenging house sale, the folks at Vickery's Camberley office, especially Edward, ensured everything progressed smoothly. Their outstanding customer service and communication were remarkable, and they put in extra effort to close the sale before Christmas. I highly recommend them to anyone considering buying or selling.

Joel Schute

Viewed a gorgeous property with Vickery. The house was lovely, but the location wasn’t right for us. What stood out more so was, Toby H who showed us round the home in Camberley. He was very knowledgeable about the local area, schools and even their catchment. He gave us reasons for the house being sold without asking and had all figures and facts loaded in his head to answer all our questions. He wasn’t pushy or too forward. He was warm, welcoming, and trusting. I'd happily buy our forever home from him. Thank you Toby.

Jake

Ellie from Vickery was very nice and had a genuinely genteel manner throughout our interactions. She explained everything about the property clearly and shared all the relevant information without rushing us. Her approach was professional, patient, and helpful at every step. Unfortunately, we were not able to proceed with the deal, but our overall experience with her was very positive.

Braham Prakash

I have viewed a number of properties with Vickery and am yet to have a negative experience. The agents are on time, professional and have great knowledge of the properties they sell. Any answers they don’t have to hand are answered within a reasonable time frame. The latest viewing was with Ellie Usher who was fantastic! Looking forward to building a lasting relationship.

Will

I honestly don’t know where to start. We certainly couldn’t have got through this year without Vickery, especially Edward. The whole team provides a 5-star service, no matter how big or small. Nothing is ever an issue or chore. It has been a very long process for us, but Vickery have been absolutely incredible along the way. I cannot thank Edward and the team enough for getting us through our sale and purchase. I wish I could give 10 stars!!!

Georgia

We had a very positive experience selling my mum’s property and I’d particularly like to recognise Toby Williams, who has been absolutely brilliant throughout the process. Toby kept me updated every single week, exactly as promised, which made a potentially stressful process feel well managed and reassuring. His communication was clear, reliable, and proactive, and it was obvious he genuinely cared about keeping things moving and keeping us informed. Thank you to Toby and the team for such a professional and supportive service — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vickery Estate Agents.

Hazel CW

Fabulous service from start to finish, great communications, never a call or email unanswered, great local agent good personal service far better than larger national agencies who treat you as a number. Toby, Ollie and rest of West End Team kept us up-to-date and led us through the complexity of house selling and buying excellently. 100% would recommend.

Family Booth

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of meeting Matthew, Lewis and Edward whilst viewing some truly beautiful homes with Vickery. All three of them were very polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about the respective homes and local area. Although we didn't end up buying our new home with them, I would certainly recommend Vickery to anyone looking to move house in the future.

Mr A Belchamber

The staff at Vickery’s are delightful to deal with. They are unfailingly polite, helpful, and hard working. Selling a house, particularly using a Lasting Power of Attorney, is stressful. Vickery staff eased the process. Edward, Matthew, and Lewis have been delightful to work with.

Jackie A

We have just brought our first home and Jordan was beyond fantastic within this process. We ran into quite a few delays (not with the estate agents) and Jordan went above and beyond to try and get the issues solved as soon as possible. His customer service exceeds expectations and is a true asset to Vickery. Thank you to both Vickery and Jordan.

Olivia Hannay

We had a tricky house sale but the team at the Camberley office at Vickery, particularly Edward, kept the sale moving. Their customer service and communication were excellent and they went above and beyond to get the sale over the line before Christmas. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who was looking to buy or sell.

Mark

10 out of 10! Truly one of the best teams out there. They helped us buy our dream home and were always so attentive, keeping us updated every step of the way. I’m especially grateful to Edward — he was incredibly professional, patient, and dedicated from beginning to end. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Diana Rodriguez

We didn’t have the most smooth sailing experience of selling our house, a few hurdles got in the way to say the least but by no fault of the estate agents. Edward at Vickery was supportive, helpful, honest and committed to do the best for us throughout the whole process even with all the twists and turns we were faced with. We felt Edward listened to us and would always give his professional opinion on the next best steps to help us. His hard work towards the end of the sale especially must be credited as he did all he could to get the sale over the line and I believe was just as happy and relieved as us when it did happen. Thanks again Edward…the stress was all worth it in the end!!

Mrs H Harwood

Vickery were the agents for the first property I bought. Would have to say they were excellent from the beginning. Diligently called every Thursday to update progress. Even when there wasn't much to update, it was appreciated and was good to know someone else was pushing for everything to go through. Edward handled the last few weeks highly responsive as and when I had questions. Would recommend highly.

Alex

We would like to express our sincere thanks to Vickery Frimley for their outstanding service during the sale of our property. We especially want to recognise Edward, who went above and beyond throughout the entire process. His professionalism, clear communication, and genuine personal touch made a real difference and took so much stress out of the experience. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Edward—he consistently exceeded our expectations and supported us far more than we could have hoped for. His dedication, warmth, and exceptional attention to detail were truly appreciated. Thank you, Edward, and the whole Vickery Frimley team, for making the sale of our home such a positive experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Mr R Hughes

I couldn't have been happier with the service. Ollie, for the initial viewings was great. A big shout out has to go to Toby who went above and beyond to be helpful and make the whole transaction as pleasant and easy as it could be. Toby pitched everything just right, he wasn't pushy, he had exactly the right balance of communication and contact that you expect and need from a professional. Toby definitely isn't a 'typical Estate Agent' which is actually very high praise indeed! Toby has a great attitude, is incredibly proactive, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Although Toby was my main contact, everyone I spoke to at Vickery Lightwater during the process were incredibly helpful and efficient. Having just finished the arduous process of buying a house I'm certainly not thinking about selling however, when the time does come Vickery will absolutely be the first agent I visit.

Karen

We used the Vickery Camberley office recently to sell a property which was a probate sale. From the very beginning we found their advice and insight really helpful. We used their All in One service and having the legal side of things 'in house' meant that the team on the sales side were always up to date, and the inevitable queries and issues were dealt with swiftly. The weekly contact calls meant that things didn't just drift on.

Sarah Taylor

We have recently purchased a house with Vickery and would definitely consider using them again in the future for our sale (if we ever move). They have been incredibly reliable, professional and helpful throughout what has been quite a difficult transaction. They have always been willing to help in whatever way they can with viewings or with progressing the sale and we have found working with Edward and the rest of the team a pleasure! Seem like an honest group of genuine people - thank you for all your support with everything over the last 6 months.

Leah Jamieson

I would highly recommend them as they went above and beyond helping me. My dad passed away a few days after he accepted the offer, but nothing was too much for Edward (Camberley office). He kept everything going I had to go through my dad's papers to find some of the information, but Edward was so patient with me while I was trying to find the answers. Every week Edward would phone me with an update even if there was nothing to report. I live in Devon so a couple of times Edward went round to my mum and dad's house to report back that everything was all right. I am so pleased we went with them and could not fault them in anything they have done. We had the solicitor which is attached to Vickery and that was the best decision as they liaised with each other and made everything run a lot smoother. I would definitely recommend using both services together. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE.

Debbie Crowley

We reached out to Vickery about a property that we saw on Rightmove and were keen to view, unfortunately it sold before we could book a viewing. But that is when we spoke to Ethan and the team at Lightwater about our requirements for our first home together. They asked all the questions you would expect: who, what, where, why, when. They didn't have anything that suited at that point, but weeks later we received a call to discuss a property that was yet to reach the market but met many of our requirements. What a property it was, ideal location, dual aspect and a wonderful garden and garage. Throughout the process, Ethan has been available to us as a sounding board and confident, as we navigate that journey of buying our first home together! Would highly recommend!

Joseph

We had an outstanding experience with the Vickery team at Fleet throughout the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new one. Jordan and Sarah were absolutely brilliant - always professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. Their communication was clear and timely, and they made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. We’re so grateful for their dedication and would highly recommend Vickery to anyone looking for a reliable and personable estate agent.

Kameliya Baker

Lewis from the Camberley Branch was quite simply amazing. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was so efficient. He made the whole process so easy with all his helpful advice. I have bought and sold properties through Vickery for many years and would recommend them very highly. I also liked the all in one package with the solicitors as Lewis always knew what the situation was as they are in the same office. A first class service from start to finish.

Sue

Working with Sarah Morris was an absolute pleasure! From the very first viewing to the day I got my keys, she went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. Sarah was always professional, kind, and incredibly responsive. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and found the perfect place for me. Her attention to detail and genuine care made such a difference. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful agent.

Samuel Davis

Very good team at Lightwater/West End. Been dealing with Oliver Dyne…….very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend all the team, all happy to help and seem very knowledgeable!!

Sally Richards

I would like to thank Toby at Vickery Estate Agents in Lightwater for all his help getting the sale of my rental property over the line. We had our challenges with the sale, however he was always chasing on my behalf and keeping me in the loop with any updates. I would highly recommend Toby and the team to others and will definitely be in contact if we decide to move in the future. Thank you again for all your hard work!

Laura Andrews

I have just completed the sale of my house through Vickery and have nothing but praise for Edward, the Manager, and his team in the Camberley and Frimley offices. Their organisation, efficiency and communication were second to none. All commitments made were carried out and Edward was proactive in communicating with our buyers' solicitors to ensure completion. I can thoroughly recommend Vickery who provide an excellent and professional service.

Mrs J Dennis

I would highly recommend Vickery. Having had a few transactions with them over recent years I have always found all their staff to be a pleasure to deal with…..knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy. Both Edward and Lewis in the Camberley branch were great. As expected, we had a few issues to contend with along the way (through no fault of Vickery) and every time they knew what to do and responded or advised accordingly. It meant I could relax and let them deal with everything knowing I was in safe in hands. I was always kept up-to-date throughout. The all in one offer for the legal side also simplifies things and removes a lot of stress. I wish all businesses I dealt with were as organised and efficient! Thank you!!

Mr M Goodall

I had an excellent experience with Vickery Estate Agents, and specifically with Edward Whitaker, who managed my purchase. From start to finish, his service was highly professional, efficient, and reassuring. His communication was clear, accurate and honest throughout, and I was always kept informed of any progress or hold ups. What I particularly valued was his attention to detail and the way he handled everything with integrity and care. Whilst there were issues with the conveyancing of my sale, subsequently holding up the chain, Edward was always on hand to offer advice and guidance and chase for information and updates. I felt confident that I was in safe hands at all times and always appreciated his efforts to help. I would not hesitate to recommend Vickery or Edward to anyone seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable estate agent. When we come to move our new property on again, we will most definitely be returning to them to do this for us. Thank you again Edward, you’re an asset to Vickery!

Mrs Luscombe

Despite an initial buyer pulling out after three weeks, Toby and his colleagues (West End Office) managed to find a new buyer immediately. Things have progressed smoothly, and we have been regularly contacted and updated on any matters. Luckily, our respective solicitors have been efficient in our purchase and sale with everyone involved being agreeable to a move date that we were able to choose.

Gillian Cooper

We had a great experience with Vickery Estate Agents in West End, Woking. They were able to seamlessly navigate the purchase of a house within the planned four month period. Thank you to Toby and Ollie in particular who managed the process.

Ameet Yadav

We can't thank Jordan and his team enough for all the help and support we received with the sale of our house. Jordan was always available either by phone or email, and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend Vickery in Fleet.

Joyce

Vickery were excellent throughout the process. Toby and Ollie were particularly good, all over the sale with constant updates, even if there was no change. Working alongside Specialist Property Lawyers was smooth and seamless on our side. Vidya Karia was amazing and you would always want her on your side in a house sale transaction. Also, Heidi Weller who would have backed up Vidya. The all in one package is well worth it and very cost effective.

Mr P Jones

Jordan was very professional and helpful at every stage of the house sale. It was always easy to contact to him and his colleagues were knowledgeable about the sale too. I went for the all in one package which was great because it was seamless between the sale and the work of the solicitors. Would definitely recommend and thank you for all your help!

AT

Vickery have been fantastic throughout the sale of my Mum’s property. Both Edward and Lewis were fantastic at keeping us up to date with timely progress reports, despite dealing with a less than helpful/proactive agent at the bottom of the chain. Both of them went above and beyond in also keeping Mum’s buyer updated of progress when their own agent failed to do the same. We completed in August. This is the second time I have had an experience with Vickery and would highly recommend them to anyone. If I was still in the area, they would be my go to. Thanks so much for all your efforts guys, exceptional job!!

Gemma Foster

The initial approach from Richard at the Lightwater branch was the most professional and due to the quirky design of house (not to everyone’s taste) we had a lot of people through the door for viewings (thank you Toby, Oliver & Richard) . This we found was not going to be an easy property to sell. But they did, and together with the after sales care from Evie and Vidya on the legal side it went smoothly.

A Satisfied Customer

Vickery in Lightwater provided a professional service from Day 1 when we first met. We were kept informed of every viewing, received feedback and held timely reviews with Richard on progress. Once under offer, the follow-up was impressive, with weekly updates of progress both up and down the chain. Communication post offer was vital in keeping our chain informed, committed and in place. Many thanks to all the team, and would highly recommend them to others.

Anon

The team at Vickey Estate agents have been professional and open throughout the process of buying to date. Toby showed us around the property on two occasions and was very accommodating, friendly and remained approachable allowing us time to take everything in and ask questions. Toby was extremely efficient in getting back to us with any answers for some of the more detailed enquiries we had. Overall the communication has been excellent and I’ve been kept up to date every step of the way so thank you.

Lucy De Freitas

So far, my experience with the entire Vickery team has been excellent. Toby moved mountains to let me view the property I wanted to see before I had to leave on a trip, and from the viewing, negotiating an offer, working with the Vickery leadership team (thanks Edward), the financial and legal arms of their business, I have been continuously impressed by the professionalism and personable attitude of everybody.

Customer

Excellent Viewing Experience I recently viewed a property through Vickery Estate Agents with Toby Horne, and I had an excellent experience. Toby was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole viewing process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated his honest and helpful approach. Highly recommended!

Ka Wai Chong

Vickery were absolutely amazing to deal with. We decided to go with the "All-in-One" option and glad we did. The Vickery team, led by Edward Whitaker, were attentive, professional, and knowledgeable and ensured good quality leads for viewings. Nothing worse than feeling you have an "open house" and this was one of the key things we wanted to ensure we had as being busy people and working from home, we didn't want time wasters. 100% recommend using Vickery and when I come to sell/buy again, I will definitely be using their services again.

Mr P Elliot

We recently used Vickery in Farnborough to sell my Dad's retirement apartment. Although there was a problem at the start with the web listing that hadn't been picked up, when I spoke to Jordan about it, he ensured it was rectified straight away. He then dealt with the sale when we had a buyer and was very good at keeping us informed as the sale progressed. As there were some problems with our buyer's solicitor, Jordan liaised closely with our solicitors (Specialist Property Lawyers in Camberley) which made the whole process as easy for us as possible, and so I can highly recommend them.

G Hartley

I've been dealing with Vickery on and off since the mid-1990s and have never been disappointed with their service or customer care. Edward and Lewis were extremely efficient, helpful, and, above all, proficient with their work on the sale of an investment property that had originally been owned by my parents. Vickery have been renting it out for years but when we needed to liquidate funds to care for an elderly parent, Edward and Lewis provided a thoroughly professional service achieving a sale at slightly more than we expected. We were kept updated every week with what was happening with the sale and Lewis liaised with the conveyancing team at their in-house company Specialist Property Lawyers regularly. While completion took longer than expected, this was the buyer's solicitors being slow and nothing to do with our end of the transaction. We would happily recommend Vickery to anyone looking to sell.

Mrs L Betts

We dealt mostly with Richard Orme who I cannot speak highly enough of. He responded promptly to all enquiries, calmed our seller down when things didn’t go to plan and helped to suggest alternative solutions. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way and as a direct result of working with Richard and other members of the team, I would highly recommend Vickery to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent moving forwards.

Molly Norton

Genuinely don’t think we could’ve got through the sale of our first home — and the onward purchase — without the support from the West End office. Toby has been fantastic throughout - his frequent update calls have kept us in the loop and reassured us every step of the way. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he is always happy to answer questions and offer advice. A huge shoutout to Ollie too, who has been just as helpful and professional with viewings and assisting with other enquiries when needed. Honestly, everyone we have spoken to at Vickery over the past few months has been brilliant and so friendly. In an area where picking an estate agent can feel like the lottery, we felt really lucky to have found Vickery. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Mollie Browning

A massive thanks to all the staff at the Vickery West End office for everything with regards to our house move. We found all the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, we couldn’t have asked for more! Thanks to Scott for initially sitting down with us when we decided to move into the area and giving us some great advice, Toby was brilliant when we viewed properties and Oliver for being an extremely safe pair of hands when needed! We would also like to thank Specialist Property Lawyers for making the legal side of things as seamless as possible!

Mr J McClelland

We have used Vickery many times over the years, and this was the second property I bought - and sold - via Vickery for rental purposes. In both cases we also used Vickery Letting Agents, and I am pleased to say that the service provided by them was absolutely perfect. Sometimes we are abroad, and we wanted to be able to rely on an agency to handle everything from essential property maintenance to dealing with every aspect of finding and managing tenants, and we never had a single problem ever. The team at the Farnborough office always dealt with everything incredibly quickly and efficiently, and I always felt that they found the best and most cost-effective tradespeople to deal with any work needed. I would not hesitate to use Vickery again as a rental agent.

D Elliott

Big shout-out to Sarah Morris! Amazing service from an amazing lady who helped me and my partner find our dream house and helped us with our application so quickly and efficiently. We almost missed the chance to have a viewing, but she made it possible and made the entire process as smooth as possible! Couldn't recommend her enough! All the best and regards to everyone at Vickery!

Alexandra Husariu

Jordan Richards had my details registered and was proactive in finding me my first flat! I would never have considered the one he showed me, but he told me to view it in person and it was everything I wanted. I had a criteria of what I needed and wanted and it fitted them all. Jordan has been so easy to contact and constantly gives me updates on the process, I am beyond happy with the service and finding me my first home. Move in date is very soon in such a quick time due to Jordan keeping on top of all parties/helping me through it all. Thank you so much Jordan, highly recommend!

Ellie

Ollie has been a fantastic agent and representative of Vickery, Lightwater. I have been impressed by the excellent customer service, the efficiency and positive attitude even when dealing with complex queries and arranging viewings around work commitments. I would highly recommend Ollie and the estate agents when searching for a property, many thanks!
