I received a very positive experience whilst selling my property. I found all the staff in the Camberley branch to be professional and polite. In our case, we were on the buying side but we were lucky enough to meet and get to know Edward Whitaker at Vickery as he was representing the selling side. Despite this, and at not extra cost, Vickery helped me with the property and kept an eye on the property as I was stuck at the other end of the country whilst I bought in a tenant to cover the lockdown period. I've since restarted the marketing process, recently selling the property, and cannot praise the pro-active approach from Vickery from pulling in potential clients and working to ensure the sale. Vickery have communicated regularly throughout and I cannot fault their teams' dedication to service.

I have been so pleased with the way Vickery & Co Camberley have handled my sale. All the team were extremely helpful but I have to mention Edward Whitaker who always kept in touch without fail, every week, even if there was nothing to report. It certainly meant I never had to chase anyone to find out the progress of my sale which made everything so much less stressful. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing experience with our house purchase. Edward Whitaker who was managing our case at the camberley branch and we were very impressed. He kept us up to date every step of the way and phoned the same time every week to give news on how the rest of the chain were doing. I can't thank Sarah enough for all the help that she gave us in one of the most difficult times that we have been through.We were so desperate to find a house as we had 2 weeks time to empty our previous flat.She helped us all the way from scratch. Absolutely fantastic experience with Vickery from start to finish on completion of our property. Matthew Bozier went above and beyond to keep us up to date every step of the way and ensured any issues we had were attended to. There were a lot of things that occurred in the process that were not an ‘estate agents issue’, however, this didn’t phase him and he still took it upon himself to try and resolve them. We couldn’t fault the weekly or sometimes even daily communication (a huge help in a stressful process), persistence and patience. Credit to him. We struck absolute gold by working with Matt Bozier for our 1st-time house purchase. We've met and worked with a large number of estate agents over the past 12 months as this was our 3rd attempt at purchasing (fortunately this time there were no structural complications), and Matt was the only one who actually cared about doing the best for us. By far the most communicative and helpful person we dealt with during the process, he helped drive the purchase through to completion more than anyone else. Seldom do I feel inclined to write reviews but i have no hesitation in providing 5 stars for Steve Payne at Vickery...he didn't ask, I offered. Elliot came to our house impressing us with his professionalism, we had no hesitation signing up with Vickery's. All through the process, including the last bit where things became a bit tricky, Elliot was always reassuring and encouraging. We had less interaction with other staff members but they recognised who we were and knew how the sale was progressing.

This is my second review within a short space as I wanted to thank Lewis Visioli and Richard Orme for helping us find what we wanted.
