The team at the Fleet office worked tirelessly and did their utmost to progress the sale of my property under difficult circumstances due to the buyer’s solicitor long drawn-out negotiations. In our case, we were on the buying side but we were lucky enough to meet and get to know Edward Whitaker at Vickery as he was representing the selling side. Edward was engaged from the very start of the process after we had put in our offer and, whilst jealously representing his clients' best interests (as he should), he also went out of his way to try to ensure that things were moving forward and that both side's legal counsel kept their eye on the ball. The process threw up some difficulties, but Edward worked tirelessly with both sides to facilitate open and clear communications and came up with great ideas to give the process every chance to proceed to an exchange. Alas, on this occasion, it was not to be but, as I said to Edward on our last call, it was not for lack of trying on his part and he would have earned his commission if the deal had gone through. He was always available, always professional, and always respected the constraints that we had as well as explaining the position of his clients. He is a credit to his profession when certainly not all are.

I have been dealing with Vickery lettings for 20 years and am always delighted by the team's level of service. I have known Chris for a long time but Bridget even longer. When I think of the number of business communications we have had, it runs into hundreds of occasions. I cannot think of one event where I have felt disappointed with the response. Bridget from the start appeared an excellent representative of the company and her speed of response and humour are just two winning characteristics of too many to mention.

Selling your greatest asset is probably one of the most stressful situations to go through. We made sure we had done our market research and met some lovely people, but my husband was impressed by Vickery selling properties within our area. I cannot recommend Vickery enough, in particular Edward from Frimley/Camberley who has guided us through every step of the way for the last 6 months, whilst we are expecting our first baby! Weekly updates and statistics by phone call were a minimum and unexpected. Communication towards exchange increased to daily phone calls sometimes up to 4/5 times. This wasn’t just to ourselves but relevant solicitors and estate agents within the chain along with our buyer also. Communication has always been fast and no email or call was left unanswered. Edward comes across professional, knowledgeable, has a great personality he always went out his way to help and nothing was too much trouble! Vickery have been absolutely amazing from the very start. They sold the property very quickly and kept us informed every week. Unfortunately this sale fell through 2 weeks before exchange. They got straight back onto selling again and after a few pitfalls with offers they pulled in my buyer and even got me the full asking price. Edward called every week keeping us updated on progress and all the staff have gone out of their way to help and get the sale. I had been with other agents before but if I was to sell again, or asked to recommend, Vickery would be who I would tell them to use as they are an excellent company with outstanding service. Our estate agent Matt would call every single week with routine updates and would contact us immediately as something happened. I'm sure I must have spoken to others at their Lightwater office but it was Steve that led the way in viewing and his personality and representations were first class. I found the team at Vickery Frimley to be excellent through the purchase of our new home. Although they were not working for us, they were very helpful and supportive through the whole process, checked in regularly, kept us informed with updates as they came through. Joshua was the lead agent on our purchase, he was professional throughout the process as was the rest of the team. I’ve recently bought an apartment through Vickery. I initially dealt with Jordan Richards and he was incredibly professional- he knew what I was looking for and informed me about this property and encouraged me to view it. We were viewing properties in the Camberley area via a selection of Agents. We had viewed several houses with different agents and both the houses and agents were uninspiring. So, feeling rather dubious about the 2 remaining viewings with a different agent, Vickery, we were greeted at the first property by Lewis Careford. Wow, what a difference. We were very impressed with his local knowledge, naming specific roads that would be of interest to us and the open and honest conversations we engaged in. When showing us around he presented the houses with such genuine enthusiasm you would have thought it was his own house. Lewis was a genuine breath of fresh air. I would have no reservations about buying or selling a house through Lewis. A true professional and a really nice chap too.

We chose Vickery to market our property as we felt that they could offer us that good old fashioned service where you could actually speak to somebody rather than just relying on the internet. Using Vickery to sell my recent property has been a complete success and I have been impressed with the full service offering, including legal support throughout the sale. I originally marketed my property through Vickery in February 2020, a sale which eventually had to be abandoned due to the instability in the market. Despite this, and at not extra cost, Vickery helped me with the property and kept an eye on the property as I was stuck at the other end of the country whilst I bought in a tenant to cover the lockdown period. I've since restarted the marketing process, recently selling the property, and cannot praise the pro-active approach from Vickery from pulling in potential clients and working to ensure the sale. Absolutely fantastic experience with Vickery from start to finish on completion of our property. Matthew Bozier went above and beyond to keep us up to date every step of the way and ensured any issues we had were attended to. There were a lot of things that occurred in the process that were not an ‘estate agents issue’, however, this didn’t phase him and he still took it upon himself to try and resolve them. We struck absolute gold by working with Matt Bozier for our 1st-time house purchase. Elliot came to our house impressing us with his professionalism, we had no hesitation signing up with Vickery's. All through the process, including the last bit where things became a bit tricky, Elliot was always reassuring and encouraging. We had less interaction with other staff members but they recognised who we were and knew how the sale was progressing.

This is my second review within a short space as I wanted to thank Lewis Visioli and Richard Orme for helping us find what we wanted.
