I received a very positive experience whilst selling my property. I found all the staff in the Camberley branch to be professional and polite. I dealt mainly with Edward during the sale process of my property, Edward was always on hand to answer any questions I had. Whenever he said he was going to call - he did, which was very reassuring on a weekly basis. After the sale had been agreed I mainly dealt with Evie, who again was very professional and polite. When dealing with solicitors and any other interested parties such as management companies, Evie was able to provide clear and up to date updates as to where we were with the sale process and offered a human understanding side during what can be and was at times a stressful situation. In our case, we were on the buying side but we were lucky enough to meet and get to know Edward Whitaker at Vickery as he was representing the selling side. On the first viewing we met Sarah and let me tell you she was the nicest and most caring Estate Agent that we have met since we first started looking. It was nice to not have someone who was just so ‘professional’ Sarah had personal chats with us and really got to know us on the viewing and it was great that we both loved the property because we could tell Sarah immediately we wanted it. From there she kept us updated constantly and it was great that she was the one who delivered the news. Even after we then got the property and details were passed over to Lisa in Admin, Sarah still emails to keep in contact to see how we are and you just don’t get that anywhere else. I would not only recommend Vickery but I would recommend Sarah to show properties as well because it’s not often you get someone like her. Thank you so much for your help Sarah!

A great team effort to attract buyers and stimulate interest before the open weekend. I had regular updates and everyone involved were very professional and courteous. Even at the 11th hour when I needed support they delivered by arranging an emergency call out and providing recommendations for suppliers. A really good job.

Having not moved house for 37 years, we felt daunted by the prospect. From the first visit to our property through to exchange Richard provided a huge amount of support and guidance. He displayed a fountain of property knowledge from marketing to engaging with the most appropriate buyer. He communicated with the buyer on a weekly basis and then updated us. I cannot recommend Vickery enough, in particular Edward from Frimley/Camberley who has guided us through every step of the way for the last 6 months, whilst we are expecting our first baby! Weekly updates and statistics by phone call were a minimum and unexpected. Communication towards exchange increased to daily phone calls sometimes up to 4/5 times. This wasn’t just to ourselves but relevant solicitors and estate agents within the chain along with our buyer also. Communication has always been fast and no email or call was left unanswered. Edward comes across professional, knowledgeable, has a great personality he always went out his way to help and nothing was too much trouble! The rest of the team were all helpful, however Edward was who we had all our communication with. Would use Vickery again without a doubt and request we deal with Ed again. (However we are never moving again haha!) Thank you once again!

Vickery Estate Agents were very professional from start to end of the selling process. Staff from all the local branches came to view the property to familiarise themselves. We were kept informed of the sales progress with a weekly phone call. Every time we rang the office or went in there, the staff knew who we were and were charming and engaging.
