It was a pleasure to drop by last weekend to say hello and deliver some ‘Christmas Cheer’.

It seems an eternity since we first met in August when we viewed our first house, who would have thought the road we embarked upon at that time, would have been so bumpy.

Ordinarily it would take service beyond expectation for me to endorse a company, however, in Vickery’s case, I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending your company to future clients. Through the highs and lows, you all stuck with it, something you should all be hugely proud of. Over the months during our sale and purchase we have seen some pretty shabby examples of Estate Agents, vendors and buyers, however Vickery rose above them all (by miles).

People say moving home is one of the most stressful times in ones life, that is certainly true in this case, but if it was not for the professionalism, determination and at times calming influence, I am sure we would have thrown in the towel, raised the white flat and surrendered.

We have all experienced poor service industry standards, Vickery and you guys are a real exception, what a shame others don’t follow your example.

We cannot thank you enough for sticking with it and for all your help and support.”
