“We became part of a small chain just about the time that the credit squeeze began to take effect and the original first time buyer in the chain pulled out with worries over his deposit. However we managed to keep the rest of the chain together although we did need to be realistic over the sale prices.

We think the chain held together primarily due to the efforts of Andrew Corley. He kept in constant touch with us and our buyers during the whole process and was instrumental in coming up with the pricing adjustments which made it easier to find and keep a new first time buyer. He did perhaps do the work of the other estate agent (who had 2 houses in the chain) in keeping the whole chain together. The whole process was fraught with anxiety and stress but Andrew was unstinting in his concern for us, his clients. We cannot praise him highly enough.”
